Cheesecake with cottage cheese and grated shortcrust pastry
Ingredients
Dough
- 70 g butter, cold in pieces
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g sugar
- 20 ml cream
- 1 egg
Filling
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 30 -40 ml cream
- sugar, to taste
Utensils
- grater
- baking pan
- food processor
- bowl
- hand mixer
Instructions
Dough
- Put the cold butter in a food processor.
- Create into crumbs with the flour and baking powder.
- Add the salt, sugar, cream and egg to the mixture.
- Knead a dough.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film.
- Place in the freezer for 40-60 minutes.
Filling
- For the filling, use a hand mixer to mix the cottage cheese with the cream and sugar to taste.
- An 18-20 cm mold Grease the diameter with butter.
- Roughly grate half of the dough.
- Distribute evenly in the baking tin.
- Put the filling on top.
- Grate the rest of the dough on top.
- In the preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes to bake.
