Ingredients

Dough

  • 70 g butter, cold in pieces
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 20 ml cream
  • 1 egg

Filling

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 30 -40 ml cream
  • sugar, to taste

Utensils

  • grater
  • baking pan
  • food processor
  • bowl
  • hand mixer

Instructions

Dough

  1. Put the cold butter in a food processor.
  2. Create into crumbs with the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the salt, sugar, cream and egg to the mixture.
  4. Knead a dough.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in cling film.
  6. Place in the freezer for 40-60 minutes.

Filling

  1. For the filling, use a hand mixer to mix the cottage cheese with the cream and sugar to taste.
  2. An 18-20 cm mold Grease the diameter with butter.
  3. Roughly grate half of the dough.
  4. Distribute evenly in the baking tin.
  5. Put the filling on top.
  6. Grate the rest of the dough on top.
  7. In the preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes to bake.
