Cheesecake with cookies and strawberries in a glass – strawberry dessert
Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 g plain yoghurt
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 4 cookies, crumbled
- 150-180 g strawberries, finely chopped
- Mint, for garnish
Utensils

Instructions
- Crush the cookies biscuits.
- Put the biscuit crumbs on the bottom of the glasses.
- Mix the plain yoghurt with the cream cheese and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
- Stir in some strawberry pieces.
- Layer the cream cheese cream on the biscuit layer.
- With the remaining strawberries top.
- Garnish with mint and serve.
