Ingredients

  • 8 shortbread biscuits
  • 50g butter
  • 2 limes, unwaxed
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk, milkmaid
  • Half cream, to taste

  • citrus juicer
  • citrus grater
  • hand mixer
  • bowl
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Grind the biscuits in a blender or place in a freezer bag and mash with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the ground biscuits with melted butter.
  3. Place in 4 glasses on the bottom.
  4. Grab lime zest and juice from one lime Squeeze out.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with a mixer.
  6. First mix the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk, then with the lime juice and lime zest.
  7. Pour the finished cheese mixture onto the biscuits in the glass and smooth it out.
  8. The cheesecake dessert 8-12 hours in the Leave in the fridge.
  9. Before serving, garnish the cheesecake dessert with whipped cream.
