Ingredients

  • 250 g hard cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 400 g crab sticks
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 5-7 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4-7 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Herbs, to taste

Utensils

  • grater
  • bowl
  • frypan

Instructions

  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and pepper and mix.
  3. Grate the crab sticks on the coarse grater as well and add to the cheese mixture.
  4. Then add the flour and mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Finally Add herbs to taste.
  6. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  7. Then roll them all over in breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  9. Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
