Cheese patties and crab sticks
Ingredients
- 250 g hard cheese
- 3 eggs
- Black pepper, to taste
- 400 g crab sticks
- 4 tbsp flour
- 5-7 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4-7 tbsp vegetable oil
- Herbs, to taste
Utensils
- grater
- bowl
- frypan
Instructions
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and pepper and mix.
- Grate the crab sticks on the coarse grater as well and add to the cheese mixture.
- Then add the flour and mix everything thoroughly.
- Finally Add herbs to taste.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Then roll them all over in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
