Ingredients

  • 70 g biscuits
  • 15 g butter, melted
  • 200 g cream cheese, double cream stage
  • 250 g quark
  • lemon zest, optional
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 120 g blueberries

Utensils

  • stand mixer
  • bowl
  • spoon
  • hand mixer
  • hand blender
  • jars

Instructions

  1. Process the biscuits to fine crumbs in a blender or in the bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the melted butter well with the biscuit crumbs.
  3. Divide the biscuit mixture into small glasses.
  4. Press down firmly with a spoon.
  5. Add the cream cheese Beat well in the mixer.
  6. Stir in the quark and powdered sugar.
  7. Add the lemon zest, if you like.
  8. Pour the cheese mixture onto the biscuit base in the jars.
  9. Pure the blueberries with a hand blender.
  10. Pour the blueberry puree onto the cream .
  11. Cheese Cake Dessert chill for 1 hour.
  12. Enjoy the dessert with fresh berries and fruit.
