Cheese balls with grapes and pistachios
Ingredients
- 100 g soft goat cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g pistachios, salted
- 200 g grapes, seedless
Utensils

Instructions
- Put the goat cheese in a bowl, mash with a fork.
- Add the cream cheese, mix well.
- Finely chop the pistachios.
- Remove the grapes from the stems.
- Coat each grape with the cheese mixture, form a small ball.
- Turn cheeseballs in pistachios, place on a plate and serve as a snack.
