Ingredients

  • 100 g soft goat cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g pistachios, salted
  • 200 g grapes, seedless

Utensils

  • bowl
  • fork
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Put the goat cheese in a bowl, mash with a fork.
  2. Add the cream cheese, mix well.
  3. Finely chop the pistachios.
  4. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  5. Coat each grape with the cheese mixture, form a small ball.
  6. Turn cheeseballs in pistachios, place on a plate and serve as a snack.
