Ingredients

  • 800-900g ground turkey
  • 60ml mayonnaise
  • 45g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 burgers, buns
  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • ½-1 onion, chopped
  • Leaf lettuce, to taste
  • Tomato sauce, or ketchup to taste

Utensils

  • bowl
  • burger press
  • frying pan
  • turner
  • knife
  • cutting board

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the ground batter into 6 equal parts and use a burger press to form patties.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Half the buns and lightly toast them in a pan without oil.
  6. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  7. Cut the onions into thin rings or half rings.
  8. Place the lettuce, tomato sauce, patty, tomatoes and onions on the bun halves.
  9. Cover with the other bun halves and serve the burger.
