Burger with ground turkey, tomatoes, lettuce and onions
Ingredients
- 800-900g ground turkey
- 60ml mayonnaise
- 45g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 burgers, buns
- 2-3 Tomatoes
- ½-1 onion, chopped
- Leaf lettuce, to taste
- Tomato sauce, or ketchup to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Divide the ground batter into 6 equal parts and use a burger press to form patties.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Half the buns and lightly toast them in a pan without oil.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
- Cut the onions into thin rings or half rings.
- Place the lettuce, tomato sauce, patty, tomatoes and onions on the bun halves.
- Cover with the other bun halves and serve the burger.
