Ingredients

  • 300 g broccoli
  • 300 g kohlrabi
  • 100 g carrots
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 1-2 sprigs of spring onion
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • chili, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp hemp oil
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, unpeeled

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes.
  3. Rinse with cold water.
  4. Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and cut into sticks.
  5. Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
  6. The vegetables Mix in a salad bowl.
  7. Season with soy sauce, agave syrup, chili, salt and pepper.
  8. Mix with hemp oil and linseed oil.
  9. Let the salad sit in the fridge for about 1 hour.
