Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 mango
  • 3 carrots
  • ¹⁄₄ cup orange juice
  • 1¹⁄₂ cup ice cubes

Utensils

  • food processor
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Cut the flesh from the orange and mango into small pieces.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Place the orange, mango and carrots in the mixing bowl of a food processor.
  4. Add the orange juice and blend in a food processor until smooth Puree the smoothie.
  5. Add ice cubes and puree the breakfast smoothie again until the ice has dissolved.
