Breakfast smoothie with orange, mango and carrot

This delicious and very healthy breakfast smoothie gives you new energy and a good mood. The orange, mango and carrot smoothie can be served for breakfast or as a snack between meals.

- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 3 carrots
- ¹⁄₄ cup orange juice
- 1¹⁄₂ cup ice cubes
- food processor
- Cut the flesh from the orange and mango into small pieces.
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Place the orange, mango and carrots in the mixing bowl of a food processor.
- Add the orange juice and blend in a food processor until smooth Puree the smoothie.
- Add ice cubes and puree the breakfast smoothie again until the ice has dissolved.
