Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 apple, with peel
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 400 g yoghurt
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Utensils

  • knifes
  • straws
  • food processor

Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the orange.
  2. Leave the skin on and core the apple.
  3. Place the apple, orange and frozen banana in the food processor.
  4. Add the yoghurt, oat milk and cinnamon.
  5. Purecerate to desired creamy consistency.
  6. Den Divide the smoothie between two large glasses.
  7. Garnish with tangerine slices.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  9. Enjoy the breakfast smoothie with a straw.
