Breakfast porridge with millet, milk and berries
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup millet
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- berries, for serving
Utensils
- pot
- whisk
Instructions
- Into the boiling milk, stir the millet.
- Boil over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the sugar and salt and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the porridge with berries.
