Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup millet
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • berries, for serving

Utensils

  • pot
  • whisk

Instructions

  1. Into the boiling milk, stir the millet.
  2. Boil over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the sugar and salt and leave to stand for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve the porridge with berries.
