Breakfast bowl with chia seeds, oatmeal, fruit and nuts
Ingredients
- 400 g quark
- 200 g raspberries
- 10 g chia seeds
- pomegranate seeds, to taste
- kiwi, optional
- oatmeal, to taste
- pecans, to taste
- dates, to taste
- tangerines, to taste
Utensils
- Hand blender
- Beaker
- Bowl
Instructions
- Purease the raspberries.
- Stir together with the quark and chia seeds.
- Add in the rolled oats.
- Use any fruit as a topping: pomegranate seeds, kiwi, rolled oats, pecans, dates and tangerines.
