Breakfast bowl with chia seeds

The breakfast bowl fills you up and gives you power for the day! Fresh berries, filling oatmeal, chia seeds and nuts make the bowl perfect.

  • 400 g quark
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • pomegranate seeds, to taste
  • kiwi, optional
  • oatmeal, to taste
  • pecans, to taste
  • dates, to taste
  • tangerines, to taste


  1. Purease the raspberries.
  2. Stir together with the quark and chia seeds.
  3. Add in the rolled oats.
  4. Use any fruit as a topping: pomegranate seeds, kiwi, rolled oats, pecans, dates and tangerines.
