Ingredients

Granola

  • 200 g oat flakes, pithy
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp oil

Basic

  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 1 handful of berries, to taste

Utensils

  • mixing bowl
  • mixing spoon
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (circulating air).
  2. Mix the oat flakes with the almonds, maple syrup and oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the oat mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 160 °C until golden brown.
  4. The granola mix after 10 minutes so that it is crispy on all sides.
  5. Let the granola cool down.
  6. Pour the yoghurt into a bowl.
  7. Top the breakfast bowl with granola and berries, sweeten with honey if you like and enjoy for breakfast.
