Breaded chicken breast with parmesan and herbs in the oven

An easy recipe for Roasted Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts. The preparation is quite simple, the chicken breast is cut into pieces and coated in a coating of parmesan, breadcrumbs, herbs and garlic. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 150 g Parmesan, grated
  • 10 g thyme leaves, dried
  • 10 g basil
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, dried
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm strips.
  2. Mix the Parmesan with the herbs and spices.
  3. Gross the chicken with the melted butter.
  4. Roll in the breadcrumbs and the herb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. In the oven at 200 ˚Fry for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken breast as a dip with honey mustard or marinara sauce.
