Ingredients

Dough

  • 110 g butter, softened
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 70 ml milk
  • blue food coloring, or cocoa powder

Cream

  • 400 ml whipped cream, cold
  • 4 tsp San Apart
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Food colouring, pink
  • 30 g grated chocolate
  • 3 bananas

Utensils

  • bowl
  • hand mixer
  • 20 cm springform pan
  • spoon
  • cake rack
  • knife
  • spatula

Instructions

Dough

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Line a small springform pan with baking paper.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  4. Mix the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla paste until creamy.
  5. Mix in the eggs.
  6. The flour mixture alternately stir in with the milk.
  7. Color with blue food colouring.
  8. Mix everything together to form an even batter.
  9. Pour the batter into the springform pan.
  10. Bake the cake at 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Let cool on a wire rack .
  12. Hollow out the bottom of the cake with a spoon, leaving an edge around it.
  13. Pour the cake crumbs into a bowl.

Cream

  1. Whip the cold cream with the powdered sugar and San Apart.
  2. Color pink if you like.
  3. Fold in the grated chocolate.
  4. Have the bananas in half lengthwise.
  5. Lay them next to each other on the cake base.
  6. Apply the cream in mounds.
  7. Sprinkle the cake crumbs evenly over it.
  8. Place the cake in the fridge for 2 hours.
