Delicious Belgian waffles with fruit are simply delicious. A simple recipe made with butter, eggs, sugar and flour.

- 300 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 p. baking powder
- fruit, to taste
- hand mixer
- mixing bowl
- waffle maker
- Use a mixer to mix the butter with the sugar and the eggs.
- Sieve the flour and baking powder in a bowl and add to the butter-egg mixture. Stir everything to a smooth waffle batter.
- Put 2-4 tablespoons of batter in a heated waffle iron and fry the waffles one after the other for about 5 minutes per waffle.
- Serve the Belgian waffles with fruit of your choice, a scoop of ice cream, chocolate syrup or jam.
