Ingredients

  • 3 balls of beetroot, cooked
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 apple, with peel
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp lettuce seed mix, roasted

Utensils

  • peeler
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • salad bowl
  • grater
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Peel the parsnips and carrots.
  2. grate the vegetables and mix in a salad bowl.
  3. halve the apples, remove the cores, also grate and add to the bowl.
  4. finely chop the chives, parsley and dill and add to the salad.
  5. garlic through press the press.
  6. Season the salad with garlic, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix in the salad mayonnaise.
