Beetroot salad with carrot, parsnip and apple
Ingredients
- 3 balls of beetroot, cooked
- 1 parsnip
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple, with peel
- ½ bunch of chives
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 2 sprigs of dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp salad mayonnaise
- salt , to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp lettuce seed mix, roasted

- salad bowl

Instructions
- Peel the parsnips and carrots.
- grate the vegetables and mix in a salad bowl.
- halve the apples, remove the cores, also grate and add to the bowl.
- finely chop the chives, parsley and dill and add to the salad.
- garlic through press the press.
- Season the salad with garlic, salt and pepper.
- Mix in the salad mayonnaise.
