Bean salad with corn and chickpeas

Bean salad simply tastes good – fiber plus vegetable proteins! A great combination is created with various beans, chickpeas and corn. The salad is spiced up with red onions and parsley.

- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can white beans
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1 can sweetcorn
- 1 red onion
- oil, to taste
- 1 package salad dressing
- pepper, to taste
- parsley, to taste Taste
- cutting board
- Mix together the corn, beans and chickpeas.
- Chop the onion and add to it.
- Dress the salad with the salad dressing and oil and season with pepper.
- Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the bean salad.
