Ingredients

  • 3 onions
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 ml vodka
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • paprika powder, red, sweet, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • hand mixer
  • bowl
  • pot

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings.
  2. Lightly beat the eggs with a mixer.
  3. Add the vodka and continue beating for about half a minute.
  4. Put the portioned meat in a saucepan.
  5. Add the salt, pepper, paprika powder and onion.
  6. Cover in vodka and egg marinade.
  7. Mix the meat well.
  8. Let marinate in the fridge, covered, for 8-12 hours.
