Barbecue marinade for meat with onions, eggs and vodka
Ingredients
- 3 onions
- 5 eggs
- 100 ml vodka
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- paprika powder, red, sweet, to taste
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
- hand mixer
- bowl
- pot
Instructions
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Lightly beat the eggs with a mixer.
- Add the vodka and continue beating for about half a minute.
- Put the portioned meat in a saucepan.
- Add the salt, pepper, paprika powder and onion.
- Cover in vodka and egg marinade.
- Mix the meat well.
- Let marinate in the fridge, covered, for 8-12 hours.
