Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 50 g sugar brown
  • 1/2 p baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • vanilla, to taste
  • Strawberries, or blueberries to taste
  • Greek natural yoghurt, to taste

Utensils

  • fork
  • hand mixer
  • bowl
  • pan
  • spoon
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork.
  2. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and egg and mix.
  3. Add the baking powder and flour and mix well, pouring in the almond milk.
  4. Mix to form a smooth batter.
  5. In Fry the banana pancakes in portions in a pan with a little oil.
  6. Banana pancakes can be served with blueberries, strawberries or pomegranate seeds and maple syrup.

The pancakes also taste very good with Greek natural yoghurt, and a warm cup of tea goes well with them.
