Ingredients

  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 courgettes
  • 150 g meat sausage
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the mushrooms over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
