Baked zucchini with mushrooms, sausage and cheese
Ingredients
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 courgettes
- 150 g meat sausage
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 200 g cheese

Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Fry the mushrooms over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Let them cool.
- Cut the courgettes in half long ago.
