Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 pack feta cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • parsley, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into slices.
  2. Drizzle with a little oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the baked zucchini slices with the pressed garlic.
  4. Top with the tomato slices and diced feta.
