Baked stuffed peppers with minced meat, quinoa and cheese
Ingredients
- 100-150 g quinoa
- 3 peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150 g mince
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 70-80 g cheese, grated
Utensils

Instructions
- Cook the quinoa for about 15 minutes and leave to cool.
- Have the peppers in half and deseed them.
- Cut one half of the pepper into small pieces, leaving the rest whole.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan for about 5 minutes sauté with butter.
- Add the ground beef with the chopped peppers and sauté for 7-8 minutes.
- Mix the quinoa with the ground beef, season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the pepper halves with the ground quinoa mixture.
- Place the peppers in a greased baking dish.
- Cook the stuffed peppers at 180-200°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking.
The peppers can also be filled with rice or buckwheat instead of quinoa.
