Baked sea bass with mustard and honey sauce

Baked sea bass with mustard and honey sauce is a great recipe for seafood lovers. Quite an easy and delicious recipe worth trying. The fish are prepared and brushed with a mustard and honey sauce that has been stirred together. Prepared with rosemary and lemon slices in the oven, the aroma and taste is simply wonderful.

  • 2 sea bass
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste
  • 2 -3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tsp tahini, optional


  1. Clean, gut, and remove gills from fish.
  2. Rinse under running water, pat dry.
  3. Make several deep, parallel cuts on either side of each fish body.
  4. Cut lemon, squeeze a tablespoon of juice from one half.
  5. The other Slice in half.
  6. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil in a bowl.
  7. Add a teaspoon of tahini, if desired.
  8. Salt and pepper the fish inside and out.
  9. Mix the mustard-honey- Spread the sauce and place in a casserole dish.
  10. Stuff the fish with rosemary and a lemon slice.
  11. Spread the remaining lemon slices on top.
  12. Bake the fish at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  13. Take the baked sea bass out of the oven and serve with a salad serve.
