Baked sausages in puff pastry with sesame and without yeast

It couldn’t be easier, especially when you need a quick snack! These are quickly prepared and taste really good. The finished puff pastry is simply wrapped around the sausages and then baked in the oven. The simple but delicious pastry made of crispy puff pastry is not to be missed.

Ingredients

  • 450 g puff pastry, from the fridge
  • 15-20 sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp sesame

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on the baking paper.
  4. Cut into several long strips.
  5. Wrap each sausage tightly in a strip of pastry.
  6. In a bowl with with a fork.
  7. Spread over the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve the finished sausages in the puff pastry as a snack.
