Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Utensils

  • knife
  • bowl
  • kitchen brush

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into portions.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame.
  3. Place the fish on aluminum foil and spread with the prepared sauce.
  4. Marine the salmon for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon in aluminum foil place in the baking tray and place in the oven at 180 degrees.
  6. After 7 minutes, brush the fish again with the sauce.
  7. Cook at 180 degrees for a further 20-30 minutes.
  8. Serve the salmon with fresh vegetables and herbs.
