Ingredients

  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 3- 4 tbsp walnuts

Instructions
