Baked rabbit with potatoes and onions in the oven

Baked rabbit with potatoes and onions in the oven

Portions: 4 persons | Preparation time: 235 minutes

Baked with potatoes and onions almost certainly appeal to most people. The meat is first marinated in mayonnaise and onions for two hours, making it particularly tender. Then rabbit is stewed with potatoes in the oven so that the flavors can combine wonderfully.
