Baked rabbit with potatoes and onions in the oven
Ingredients
- 800-900 g rabbit
- 2-3 onions
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- Meat spices, to taste
- 700-800 g potatoes
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cut the rabbit into pieces.
- Peel the onions and chop into half rings.
- Put the meat in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the mayonnaise and onion and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and leave in the Leave to marinate in the refrigerator.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Half or quarter large tubers, leave smaller ones whole.
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and stir well.
- Line the baking dish with foil.
- Rabbit and Add the potatoes.
- Close the top of the dish tightly with foil.
- Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Then remove the foil and cook the dish for a further 25-30 minutes.
- Finally, remove from the oven, cover again with foil and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Place the baked rabbit with potatoes on the plates and serve hot.
