Baked potatoes with herbs

The simplest variant of an aromatic and tasty side dish made from potatoes. The baked potatoes are a great and healthy alternative to store-bought frozen fries and are super easy to prepare in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1300 g potatoes
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1¹⁄₂ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ bunch herbs, dill, parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with their skins on.
  3. Have them in halves or quarters, depending on their size.
  4. Mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
  5. Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 45 – 60 minutes until golden brown.
  7. During the baking time, mix the vegetables twice.
  8. Mix the finished baked potatoes with the chopped herbs, season with salt if necessary.
