Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes, large
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
  • 200-250 g cauliflower
  • 1¹⁄₂ tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 50-70 g cheese
  • 1 tsp herbs, to taste
  • 1-3 tsp milk, optional

Instructions

  1. Rub thoroughly washed and dried potatoes with oil.
  2. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for 15 minutes.
