Baked potato casserole with pork, carrots and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 500 g pork
- 8 mushrooms
- 700 g potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- mayonnaise, to taste
- 85 g cheese
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
- casserole dish
- aluminium foil
Instructions
- Cut the meat and mushrooms into small pieces.
- Slice the potatoes and carrots and cut the onion into half rings.
- Grease a casserole dish with oil.
- Put in the onions, meat, mushrooms, carrots and potatoes in layers in that order place.
- Lightly salt each layer, season with pepper and spread with mayonnaise.
- Cover the potato casserole with aluminum foil and bake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove the aluminum foil and spread the potatoes again with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
You can also use sour cream or sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
