Ingredients

  • 500 g pork
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 700 g potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • 85 g cheese

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • casserole dish
  • aluminium foil

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat and mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Slice the potatoes and carrots and cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Grease a casserole dish with oil.
  4. Put in the onions, meat, mushrooms, carrots and potatoes in layers in that order place.
  5. Lightly salt each layer, season with pepper and spread with mayonnaise.
  6. Cover the potato casserole with aluminum foil and bake for approx. 40 – 45 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Remove the aluminum foil and spread the potatoes again with mayonnaise.
  8. Sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

You can also use sour cream or sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
