This warm oatmeal casserole with nuts, banana and raspberries is a perfect way to start the day. The baked oat flakes give the body a lot of energy and keep you full for a long time. With sour berries and crunchy nuts, the Baked is a great breakfast or a snack.

  • 180g rolled oats, tender
  • 90g chopped nuts, walnuts and cashews
  • 10g flaxseeds, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 60g Honey
  • 480 ml oat milk
  • 1 banana, ripe, sliced
  • 130 g raspberries, frozen


  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top/bottom heat.
  2. Grease a casserole dish.
  3. Put the rolled oats in a bowl with the nuts.
  4. Add the flaxseeds, baking powder and cinnamon.
  5. Place the banana slices with some of the raspberries on top Place the bottom of the casserole dish.
  6. Pour the oat-nut mixture on top.
  7. Whisk an egg in a bowl.
  8. Stir in the honey and stir in the oat milk.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of the melted butter.
  10. Pour the milk mixture over the Pour the oatmeal.
  11. Put the remaining raspberries on top.
  12. Drizzle with the remaining butter.
  13. Sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
  14. Bake the oatmeal in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
  15. Enjoy the baked oatmeal lukewarm for breakfast.
