Baked eggplants with cheese

  • 5 Aubergine, medium
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dried basil, to taste
  • 200 g cheese


  1. Cut the aubergines in half lengthways.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Dab the aubergines with kitchen paper.
  4. Preheat a pan with olive oil.
