Ingredients

  • 3-4 apples
  • 4 duck legs
  • 1½ tsp dried marjoram
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 250ml water

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • casserole

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples and cut out the core.
  2. Cut the apples into wedges.
  3. Prick each duck leg with a knife.
  4. Then season the poultry with the mixture of marjoram, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and rub in the oil.
  5. Put the apple pieces in a casserole dish.
  6. Place the duck legs on top.
  7. Pour in the water carefully.
  8. Be careful not to get the poultry wet.
  9. Leave the duck legs for about 15 minutes Bake at 240°C.
  10. Then turn the oven temperature down to 150-160°C.
  11. Bake for another hour and a half to two hours.
