Baked cod in crispy breading with lemon and cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50-60 g breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika powder
- 500-600 g cod fillet
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 30-40 g Parmesan, grated, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
