Ingredients

  • 800-900 g chicken fillet
  • Salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1-2 onions
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200-250g cheese

Utensils

  • Kitchen mallet
  • Casserole dish
  • Sauté pan
  • Mixing spoon
  • Cheese grater

Instructions

  1. Wrap the chicken fillet in cling film and tap gently with a kitchen mallet.
  2. Season lightly on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the onion into small pieces or half rings.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  5. The mushrooms Cut into small pieces.
  6. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  7. Fry the mushrooms for 7-10 minutes.
