Baked cauliflower with spices and garlic
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp oregano, ground
- ½ tsp garlic, ground, dried
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 large head of cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, spices and salt to form a smooth paste.
- Cut the leaves and the hard part of the stalk from the cabbage.
- Rub the cabbage on all sides with the marinade.
- Place on the baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes until golden.
- Then remove and serve as a snack or with the meat.
