Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cumin, ground
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp oregano, ground
  • ½ tsp garlic, ground, dried
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 large head of cauliflower

Utensils

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • bowl
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, spices and salt to form a smooth paste.
  4. Cut the leaves and the hard part of the stalk from the cabbage.
  5. Rub the cabbage on all sides with the marinade.
  6. Place on the baking tray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes until golden.
  8. Then remove and serve as a snack or with the meat.
