Baked aubergines with tomatoes and feta from the oven
Ingredients
- 1 aubergine, large
- 2 tomatoes, medium
- 100 g feta
- olive oil, to taste
- salt, to taste
- basil, to taste
- parsley, to taste
- onion, optional
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
Instructions
- Wash and slice the aubergines.
- Season with salt and leave to soak.
- Drizzle the aubergines with olive oil.
- Place a slice of tomato on each.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Oven the aubergines Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the baked aubergines warm or cold with parsley or basil.
