Ingredients

  • 1 aubergine, large
  • 2 tomatoes, medium
  • 100 g feta
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • basil, to taste
  • parsley, to taste
  • onion, optional

Utensils

  • cutting board

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the aubergines.
  2. Season with salt and leave to soak.
  3. Drizzle the aubergines with olive oil.
  4. Place a slice of tomato on each.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled feta.
  6. Oven the aubergines Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the baked aubergines warm or cold with parsley or basil.
