Ingredients

  • 300 g pork
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4-5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g aubergine
  • 200 ml water
  • 80 g processed cheese
  • 100 g hard cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt, drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  3. Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
