Baked aubergines with onions, sour cream and cheese
Ingredients
- 500-550 g aubergines
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- Black pepper, to taste
- 150-180 ml sour cream
- 100 g cheese
Utensils

Instructions
- Peel the aubergines and cut into small pieces.
- Put in a bowl, add salt, stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
- Then rinse under running water and gently squeeze out.
- Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Oil Heat in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the aubergines and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Salt and pepper the vegetables and mix with the sour cream.
- Cover over medium heat Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and divide the vegetables into small ramekins.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes.
- Put the aubergines directly in Serve in ramekins.
