Ingredients

  • 500-550 g aubergines
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 150-180 ml sour cream
  • 100 g cheese

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • frying pan
  • grater
  • small oven dishes

Instructions

  1. Peel the aubergines and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put in a bowl, add salt, stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Then rinse under running water and gently squeeze out.
  4. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  5. Oil Heat in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the onion for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Add the aubergines and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Salt and pepper the vegetables and mix with the sour cream.
  9. Cover over medium heat Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove the pan from the heat and divide the vegetables into small ramekins.
  11. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes.
  13. Put the aubergines directly in Serve in ramekins.
