Ingredients

  • 12-14 mussels
  • 50-60 g cheese
  • ½ lime
  • 4-5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp chili sauce

Utensils

  • cheese grater
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mussels.
  2. Dab dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the cheese coarsely.
  4. Squeeze out half a teaspoon of juice from one lime.
  5. Mix everything together with the mayonnaise and chili.
  6. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  7. Place the seafood on top.
  8. Pour the sauce on top.
  9. Bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
  10. Garnish the mussels with parsley and serve.
