Ingredients

  • 250 g margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla
  • 1 tin milkmaid, cooked

  • magic hazel iron
  • knife
  • spoon
  • wooden spatula

Instructions

  1. Mix soft margarine with sugar and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the eggs and add baking powder with flour.
  3. Prepare everything to form a smooth dough.
  4. Heat the nut iron.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape each into a roll.
  6. Cut these into small pieces.
  7. Shape the pieces into small balls or balls.
  8. Bake the balls in a nut baker until golden brown.
  9. Stuff the baked nut halves with milkmaid (cooked) and glue together.

Nuts can also be added to the filling, so the witch hazel pastry tastes even more delicious! Oreshki pastries can also be baked in advance.
