Ingredients

  • 210 g flour, + for sprinkling
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 30 ml almond drink
  • 55 ml coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Add the maple syrup, almond drink and coconut oil.
  3. Mix everything into an even dough. If the dough is too sticky, simply add a little flour.
  4. Place the dough, wrapped in cling film, in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the work surface with flour.
  6. Roll out the dough on it.
  7. Use cutters to cut out the biscuits .
  8. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  9. Bake the vegan cookies for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
