- 2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup milkmaid
- 0.3 cup espresso
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Cut the avocado flesh into chunks and blend in a blender.
- Add the espresso, milkmaid, ice cubes and vanilla.
- Pure through until smooth and serve in the glass.
