Avocado breakfast with bread and cream cheese

Healthy avocado breads for breakfast are incredibly delicious. Rye bread with cream cheese, dried cranberries, hemp and sesame seeds are perfect for a vegetarian breakfast.

- 2 slices of rye bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of cranberries
- pumpkin seeds, to taste
- sesame seeds, to taste
- hemp seeds, to taste
- balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Have the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices.
- Spread the bread with cream cheese, spread the avocado on top.
- Sprinkle with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and hemp seeds and garnish with balsamic vinegar.
