Ingredients

  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 handful of cranberries
  • pumpkin seeds, to taste
  • sesame seeds, to taste
  • hemp seeds, to taste
  • balsamic vinegar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Have the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices.
  2. Spread the bread with cream cheese, spread the avocado on top.
  3. Sprinkle with cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and hemp seeds and garnish with balsamic vinegar.
