Asparagus salad with broccoli

This aromatic asparagus salad is very healthy and should not be missed during the asparagus season. The salad made of green asparagus, broccoli, strawberries and eggs tastes great and can be prepared relatively quickly.

  • 6-8 stalks of green asparagus
  • 50 g broccoli, in florets
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • herbal salt, to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp grapeseed oil


  1. Wash the green asparagus, cut off the woody ends, peel the lower third of the spears.
  2. Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Then rinse in cold water and drain.
