Arugula salad with strawberries, feta and walnuts
Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 100 g strawberries
- 20 g walnuts, chopped
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 tbsp mustard
- maple syrup, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Clean the strawberries and rocket.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- Cut the feta into large cubes.
- For the dressing, stir together the oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- The dressing Drizzle over the rocket salad and sprinkle with walnuts.
