Ingredients

  • 150 g halloumi cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 orange
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 50 g rocket
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, + for frying

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • citrus press
  • bowl
  • spoon
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Halloumi cheese cut into pieces.
  2. Fry in hot olive oil until golden on each side.
  3. Wash the figs and remove the pomegranate seeds.
  4. Fill half of the orange.
  5. Press the other half of the orange to juice.
  6. Orange juice with honey and olive oil stir.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Clean the rocket.
  9. Drizzle with the dressing.
  10. Place the fried cheese on the rocket.
  11. Scatter the oranges and pomegranate seeds on top.
  12. The rocket salad is ready!
