Aromatic turkey chicken wings with spices in the oven
Ingredients
- 5-6 turkey wings
- ⅔ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ⅔ tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 peppercorns
- 300-350ml water
Utensils
- casserole dish
- aluminium foil
Instructions
- Rinse the wings under running water, pat dry and place in a casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper, sprinkle with garlic powder and poultry seasoning and stir.
- Add bay leaf and peppercorns, then pour in warm water and cover completely with aluminum foil.
- Bake the chicken wings in the oven for approx. 45-60 minutes at 180°C.
- Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken begins to colour.
