Aromatic tomato soup with minced meat

The ingredients come together beautifully in this hearty tomato soup. The fresh, juicy peppers with the sweet aromatic tomatoes, the spicy minced meat and the grainy rice make the tomato soup culinary delicious. The tomato soup is prepared in no time at all and the cooking time depends on the type of rice.

  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2 peppers
  • 150 g rice
  • 350 g pizza tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 700-1 800 ml meat stock
  • Herbs, to taste


  1. Peel and rinse the onion and garlic.
  2. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Clean and deseed the peppers and cut into large pieces.
  4. Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  5. Add the minced meat for 5-6 Fry for minutes and remove.
  6. In the same pot, sweat the onions for 4-5 minutes until translucent.
  7. Add the garlic and sauté for 30-40 seconds.
  8. Add the peppers to the saucepan, stir and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Return the ground beef to the pot.
  10. Add the rice, pizza tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  11. Cover in the beef broth.
  12. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  13. The finished one Sprinkle tomato soup with chopped parsley and serve in soup bowls.
